ESSEGI AUTOMATION will exhibit at the most anticipated event in North America for the electronics manufacturing industry in the JUKI booth during the IPC APEX EXPO 2024 from April 9 to 11.

The annual exhibition is a key event for the global electronics manufacturing community, providing an opportunity for networking and exchange with top industry players. It is also a platform for education and updates on the latest innovations and market trends.

In this context, ESSEGI AUTOMATION’s participation within the JUKI booth includes a wide range of solutions:

Booth #714

We will showcase a significant range of products and solutions for automated and intelligent storage and handling, specifically designed for SMT and THT assembly companies, at the Anaheim, California trade show.

This edition will feature an Italian delegation consisting not only of technical sales consultant, but also product experts and integration development engineers.

The Apex show will be a chance to closely examine the new Front Automation version of the Ultraflex warehouse series, combined with the new Front AMR  for automated loading and unloading of materials. Attendees can explore the functionalities of the Buffer module and the innovation of the case box for automatic storage and handling of both SMT and THT materials.

The Ultraflex series, featuring numerous configurations for automatic component storage, introduces a new module with a front automatic sliding door capable of receiving and delivering material from automated carrier systems mounted directly on AMR. This enhances logistics efficiency by allowing for more automation in the company, increasing productivity, reducing downtime and slowdowns, and eliminating errors.

The logic of Full Automation cannot be separated from integration. This is the reason ESSEGI AUTOMATION software is designed from the start to interface with all major management systems used by assembly companies.

This is the key factor for the development of the Buffer, a new software feature capable of managing warehouse areas located near production lines. The Buffer is an intermediate storage solution, designed to supply lines within a predefined time frame (days or weeks). Dedicated software matches work demand with inventory and organizes components to optimize the the storage space and facilitate uninterrupted supply processes.

Last but not least, ESSEGI AUTOMATION’s proprietary case storage system introduces a new format for material management: the Case Box. A unique code registration system enables complete traceability.
