Whistleblowing System

Essegi Automation S.r.l., in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, has implemented an Internal Reporting Channel through which authorized individuals can report, in a secure and confidential manner, violations of specific regulations occurring within the workplace context.

The whistleblowing system promotes a corporate culture aimed at preventing and combating unlawful conduct, through the active and responsible participation of all employees and, more generally, of all parties collaborating with Essegi Automation.

For the submission and management of reports, Essegi Automation has implemented a dedicated IT platform, which represents the preferred channel for submitting reports.

The processing of personal data within the context of whistleblowing management is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the “Whistleblowing Privacy Notice”, intended for reporting persons and other data subjects involved in such processing.
