Internal Sales Meeting 2025: vision and action

At Essegi Automation, every solution we offer to the electronic assembly industry stems from careful listening, specialized expertise, and a clear goal: to bring efficiency and control to SMT and THT material handling.

Our Internal Sales Meeting 2025 was the perfect opportunity to align the sales, marketing, and customer project teams. It allowed us to analyze data, assess market conditions, and strengthen a shared vision: that of a company increasingly connected to customer needs, intelligent in its approach, and responsive to market changes.

Numbers Matter, Actions Make the Difference

Together, we reviewed the performance of the first half of the year, territorial differences, communication campaigns, and the progress of customer projects.

Each insight guided us in redefining, implementing, or adjusting our actions for the upcoming semester, with a focus on:

  • Developing emerging markets while sharing experience gained in more consolidated regions
  • Supporting companies that have already chosen Essegi and continue to place their trust in us year after year, implementing our latest innovations and actively contributing to our R&D through new challenges, ideas, and requests
  • Designing tailored solutions that integrate logistics, software, SMT and THT automation

The sales team

For us, sales is not just about offering a solution: it’s about anticipating the problem before the customer fully sees it.
That’s why our sales organization is built around geographic, linguistic, technical, and strategic competencies. Our team takes a consultative approach, focusing on long-term relationships.

  • Francesca Calzavara, Sales Manager for Italy, works closely with manufacturers to design tailored solutions.
  • Alberto Caleari is responsible for the Benelux, UK, and Northern Europe markets.
  • Mattia Pauletto, Technical Sales Specialist, supports customers once they begin using our systems, helping them explore all features in greater technical depth.
  • Davide Buccieri covers Germany, Swiss, and Eastern European markets. He is based in Germany and is a native German speaker.
  • Moke Xiong is our point of reference for Asia, with a strong focus on China, a dynamic market where speed and precision are essential.
  • José Luis Cicciò manages the Latin American, Spanish, and Portuguese markets, and is a native Spanish speaker.
  • Manuel Bellin covers India, Eastern Europe, South Africa, and France.
  • Fausto Fanin is responsible for the United States and Canada, markets where demands are high and expectations even higher.
  • Mattia Tagliaro oversees additional areas of Eastern Europe, contributing to the strengthening of our presence across the continent.

Expertise that Powers Real Solutions

Technical know-how remains a pillar of our approach. During the meeting, we held several technical sessions focused on key innovations for intelligent logistics:

SMART RACK MOBILE – flexibility, automation, and control at the core of component storage

Our fully automated solutions integrated with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) – a strategic technology for connected and streamlined intralogistics

Investing in internal expertise means we can deliver quick, tailored, and effective solutions to every customer.

A Shared Roadmap with a Single Goal: Customer Value

The Sales Meeting also served as a moment to shape our shared roadmap for the months ahead, including:

  • Evolving our commercial offering
  • Enhancing digital communication and presence
  • Defining our international visibility strategy, including the path toward Productronica 2025

At Essegi, we work every day to anticipate our customers’ needs and this week we’ve defined concrete actions across our offering, our digital strategy, and our product innovation roadmap.
